How I Can Help

Each session is personalised to your needs.

Together, we’ll:

  • Assess your pelvic health and overall function

  • Create a tailored treatment and exercise plan

  • Provide hands-on treatment and guided exercises

  • Monitor your progress and adjust your plan as you improve

I also provide home exercise programmes (HEPs) so you can continue your rehabilitation confidently between sessions.

My approach combines evidence-based physiotherapy, hands-on techniques, and supportive education to help you regain control, confidence, and comfort in your body.
